This summary is here to help. The full policy below is what applies.

01Who we are and what this policy covers

AlphaBlossom LLC ("AlphaBlossom," "we," "us") is an Oregon company located at 5647 SW Arctic Dr, Beaverton, OR 97005. We provide AlphaBlossom CRM, an all-in-one CRM membership that includes the CRM platform, GoBonsAI, setup help, office hours and support.

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you:

  • visit alphablossom.com or any page that links to this policy;
  • fill out a form, sign up, or pay us;
  • contact us by email, phone, text, chat, social media or video call, including when an AI assistant answers;
  • become a member and use AlphaBlossom CRM, our office hours, community and support.

When a member stores information about their own customers and leads in AlphaBlossom CRM, the member controls that information and we handle it on their behalf. Section 8 explains how that works.

Our website may link to other sites, such as review platforms or social networks. Their own privacy policies apply there.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and business details, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, website and address.
  • Form answers, such as the boxes you check on our checklist or what you write in a contact form.
  • Messages and calls with us, including chat transcripts, emails, texts, voicemails, and recordings or transcripts of phone calls answered by our AI assistant.
  • Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We see things like your billing name, the last four digits of your card and your payment history. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Onboarding materials, such as the documents and answers you send through our onboarding form to build your context document: your services, pricing, policies, customer profile and the rules for your AI agents.
  • Calls and community activity, such as what you share on onboarding calls and office hours, and what you post in our private member community. Office hours are recorded and posted in the community. Your 30-day call is recorded only with your permission.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, IP address and approximate location based on it.
  • Pages you visit, links you click, how you scroll, how you arrived at our site, and the time you spend on pages.
  • Information collected by cookies and similar tools, described in section 6.

Information from others

  • Our payment processor and platform provider, for example to confirm a payment or keep your account secure.
  • Advertising and social platforms, for example when you send us a message or fill out a lead form on Facebook or Instagram.
  • People who refer you to us.

03How we use information

  • To answer your questions and follow up on your requests.
  • To create and run your account, take payment, and send receipts and account notices.
  • To deliver the 30-Day Build, including setting up your AI chat and voice agents and your GoBonsAI content from your context document.
  • To provide support, office hours and the member community.
  • To send you emails and texts you've agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and reply STOP to any text.
  • To understand how people use our website and improve it.
  • To measure and show our ads, including on Google and Meta.
  • To keep our services secure and prevent fraud, spam and abuse.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations and to enforce our Terms.

If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another place that requires a legal basis, we rely on: performing our contract with you (running your membership); our legitimate interests (answering inquiries, improving and securing our services, and measuring marketing); your consent (marketing texts and certain cookies, which you can withdraw); and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

04AI in our services

AI is part of how we work and part of what members get. Here is how it touches your information.

Our website chat and phone line

When you chat on our website or call our number, an AI assistant may answer first. It introduces itself as an AI assistant. It uses information about AlphaBlossom to answer questions, collects details so we can follow up, and hands the conversation to a person when needed. Conversations may be recorded, transcribed and stored so we can follow up, review them and improve the assistant's answers. Please don't share sensitive information, such as health or financial account details, in a chat or call.

Members' context documents and AI agents

We build a member's context document only from what the member sends us through our onboarding form and onboarding call, such as their services, pricing, policies and documents. We use it to set up the member's AI chat agent, AI voice agent and GoBonsAI content, and to help with their build. The member reviews their agents' rules before anything goes live.

AI providers

Our AI features run on models provided by third parties, through our CRM platform and through GoBonsAI. When an AI feature is used, the text, audio or documents it needs are sent to the provider to generate a response. AI providers handle that information under their own terms and privacy policies. We don't sell personal information to AI companies, and we don't use your personal information or members' content to train AI models of our own.

Decisions about you

We don't make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based only on automated processing. AI answers can be wrong. A person on our team is available to review anything that matters to you.

05Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example by checking a consent box on one of our forms, we use it to send messages about your inquiry, your account, appointments and support. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send offers and updates.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@alphablossom.com or (503) 444-9820.
  • Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

The full texting terms are in our Terms.

06Cookies, analytics and ads

We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to run our website, understand how it's used, and measure our ads. These are the main ones:

ToolWhat it does
HighLevelRuns our forms, chat widget and booking, and tracks which pages a visitor viewed before contacting us.
Google AnalyticsMeasures visits, traffic sources and how pages are used.
Google Tag ManagerLoads our other tracking tools. It doesn't collect information on its own.
Meta PixelMeasures how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and helps show our ads to people who visited our site.
Microsoft ClarityRecords clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and produces heatmaps so we can find confusing parts of our pages. Text typed into form fields is masked.
Cloudflare Web AnalyticsCounts visits without cookies, for basic traffic numbers.

Your controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and manage Meta ads in your Facebook ad preferences. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising where the law requires it.

07When we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that limit how they can use it. These include our CRM platform provider (HighLevel), payment processing, email, text and phone carriers, AI providers, website hosting, analytics, video meetings, and the white-label support team that provides our 24/7 live support.
  • Advertising platforms, such as Google and Meta, through the tools in section 6. Some state laws call this "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out as described in sections 6 and 11.
  • Professional advisors, such as our accountants and lawyers.
  • Legal reasons, when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our members, the public or AlphaBlossom.
  • Business transfers, if AlphaBlossom is merged, sold or reorganized. The new owner would have to protect your information as this policy describes.
  • With your permission, for example if you agree to let us share a recording or testimonial.

As stated in section 5, texting opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

08Data members store in AlphaBlossom CRM

Members use AlphaBlossom CRM to store and contact their own leads and customers. For that information:

  • The member decides what to collect and how to use it. The member is responsible for giving their contacts any required privacy notice and getting any required consent, including for texts, calls, call recording and AI assistants.
  • We handle it on the member's behalf, only to provide, support and secure the service, as our Terms describe.
  • We and our support team access a member's account only to provide the service, to help when asked, to keep things secure, or when the law requires it.
  • We don't sell members' contact data or use it for our own marketing.

If you're a customer of a business that uses AlphaBlossom CRM and want to access or delete your information, please contact that business directly. If you contact us, we'll pass your request along.

09How long we keep information

  • Inquiries and marketing contacts: until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your opt-out so we can honor it.
  • Member accounts: while you're a member. After you cancel, your account data stays available for you to export for 30 days, and then we delete it. Copies in backups are removed as the backups expire on their normal schedule.
  • Billing and tax records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually up to seven years.
  • Chat transcripts and call recordings with us: as long as we need them to follow up, support you and improve our service, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

10Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls and providers with established security programs. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires.

11Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we have about you and get a copy;
  • correct information that's wrong;
  • delete your information;
  • get your information in a portable format;
  • opt out of targeted advertising and of any sale of personal information (we don't sell it);
  • object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent you've given;
  • appeal our answer to a request.

These rights apply under laws such as the privacy laws of California, Oregon and other U.S. states, the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Canada's PIPEDA, and Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information. We honor reasonable requests from anyone, wherever they live.

To make a request, email hello@alphablossom.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We'll confirm your identity before acting and respond within the time the law requires, usually 30 to 45 days. You can use an authorized agent. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. If you disagree with our answer, reply to ask for an appeal. If you're in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop texts, reply STOP.

12International transfers

AlphaBlossom is based in the United States, and our founder works from Japan. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information out of the EEA, the UK or another region with transfer rules, we use safeguards the law recognizes, such as standard contractual clauses.

13Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use members' information, we'll also email members before it takes effect.
